Joe Thomas, A strong advocate for sound environmental practices, Joe is encouraged by the growing trends in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. He values resources like Southface for the information and training they offer. He has completed courses in EarthCraft renovations and been certified as a building analyst by the Building Performance Institute. He has also had training in solar system design and installation.
Steve Herzlieb, Certified as a building analyst and examination proctor by the Building Performance Institute, Steve has provided training and technical assistance to many green building professionals, including contractors participating in the Southface and Georgia Power HPwES programs. His family currently enjoys the comforts of living in an EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR® home in Douglasville, and Steve is committed to helping others improve the overall comfort, air quality and energy efficiency of their homes.
